Terms of Use
Copyright
Game code, images and original descriptions remain subject to their creators’ rights. This directory does not claim to have created or licensed every embedded game. Local storage of a picture is not a licence. A rights enquiry should identify the game title, local page, work claimed and authority to act. A verified operator and rights-contact channel are still required before release.
Using the directory
Read the supplied instructions and use the site responsibly. A listing does not guarantee that an external game is available or works on a particular device.
Creators and external content
Games and previews remain subject to their creators’ rights. Sourced from the internet does not mean this site developed or owns them. Embedded games can show ads and links.
Changing availability
External content and browser capabilities can change. If a game does not load, use Stop and retry or choose another game through this site.
Rights concerns and release
A verified public concern channel and actual operator must be supplied before release. Technical preparation is not publication permission or advertising approval.
